All training programs are accredited through the Texas Dept. of State Health Services (TXDSHS) and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). Additionally, we have CME approval for BLS, ACLS, ACLS-EP, and PALS through the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Posted May 26, 2010: Paramedic Program at UTHSCSA/Bluff Creek Tower
A paramedic program is scheduled to begin on August 7, 2010. The course will be conducted at Bluff Creek Tower,
which is located at 4201 Medical Drive San Antonio, TX. Entry into this program requires EMT-B certification. Course
tuition is $4,300.00 (does not include the cost of the course texts). A $1,000.00 deposit is required. Class size is
limited to 14 students. To enroll, download the application packet, complete it in its entirety, and mail it to Leslie
Hernandez, 4201 Medical Dr., Suite 120, San Antonio, TX 78229. Application packets and deposit must be received
no later than July 15, 2010. For additional information regarding this paramedic program, e-mail Leslie Hernandez.
